Since these services involve dedicated time, preparation, personalised analysis, and professional consultation, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and purchases made through our website.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received.

By making a payment and booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Client

For scheduled consultation sessions:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling, subject to the circumstances of the request.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are generally non-refundable because the time slot has been reserved exclusively for you.

• If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you arrive late for a consultation, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time and may not be extended.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request a rescheduling by contacting us as early as possible.

Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the appointment will generally be accommodated, subject to availability.

Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined at our discretion.

4. Refunds for Completed or Commenced Services

Because our services are personalised and time-based:

• No refund will be provided once a consultation or reading has commenced.

• No refund will be provided for a service that has already been completed.

• Fees paid for personalised astrology readings, tarot readings, numerology reports, Vastu consultations, email readings, or other customised services are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the personalised work has begun.

5. Email-Based Questions & Personalised Reports

For services involving a personalised response, reading, analysis, or report delivered by email or another agreed method:

• Refund requests must be made before the work has commenced.

• Once the personalised analysis, reading, report, or response has been prepared or delivered, the payment becomes non-refundable.

6. Technical Issues

If a consultation cannot be conducted because of a genuine technical issue on the part of Saudamini Reads, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at no additional charge.

If the technical issue is caused by the client’s internet connection, device, software, phone, or other personal circumstances, the session may not qualify for a refund.

7. Cancellation by Saudamini Reads

In the unlikely event that Saudamini Reads needs to cancel a confirmed appointment and cannot provide a suitable alternative appointment, the client may be offered:

• A rescheduled session at no additional cost; or

• A refund of the applicable amount paid for the cancelled service.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution involved.

9. Service Expectations

Astrology, tarot, numerology, Vastu, psychic guidance, and related services are intended for guidance, reflection, and personal insight.

Readings and consultations are based on the practitioner’s interpretation, knowledge, experience, and intuitive guidance. Results or predictions cannot be guaranteed.

The services provided by Saudamini Reads should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other specialised professional advice.

Payment for a consultation is for the time and service provided, and dissatisfaction with a prediction, interpretation, opinion, or expected outcome does not by itself qualify for a refund.

10. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund or rescheduling requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of Saudamini Reads.

11. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation, rescheduling, or refund, please contact us with:

• Booking/service details

• Date and time of the appointment

• Payment/transaction details, if applicable

• Reason for the request
